1. Eligibility

Open to students currently enrolled in a recognized B.Arch program.
Participation is limited to teams of two members.
Only the first 30 valid team entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Registration & Submission

Registration is free.
Registration Deadline: 15th July 2025
Submission Deadline: 8th August 2025
Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

3. Submission Requirements

Up to 4 A3 Design Sheets (PDF format)
A short concept write-up
Optional: 1–2 minute explanation video

4. Evaluation Criteria

• Each project will be scored out of 100 points:
• Innovation & Creativity – 25
• Sustainability & Cost
• Efficiency – 25
• Functionality & Practicality – 25
• Presentation & Clarity – 25

5. Awards & Recognition

• Winner will receive ₹10,000 (digitally transferred) + certificate
• Top 3 scorers will receive Certificates of Excellence
• In case of a tie, Susswise reserves the right to either:
  • Conduct a lot system (random draw), or Open a public voting round via social media
• The final tie-breaker method will be decided by the organizing team
• All decisions made by Susswise and the Jury are final and binding

6. Project Showcasing & Opportunities

Winning and selected projects will be showcased on Susswise’s social media, website, and digital promotions
All intellectual property rights remain with the student teams
If an external party shows interest in a participant’s project, Susswise will help connect both parties for potential collaboration

7. Code of Conduct

Any form of harassment, threats, or misconduct — including misuse of contact details, social media trolling, or inappropriate communication towards the organizing team, jury, or Susswise members — will lead to strict action
This includes both participants and faculty members from the registered institutions
Susswise holds the right to disqualify the team and take legal action without prior notice

8. Authority & Communication

Susswise holds full rights to make any necessary changes to rules, deadlines, or evaluation in case of technical or operational reasons
All official updates will be communicated via email and posted on Susswise’s official social media pages (@susswise)
Participants are responsible for staying updated with announcements

9. Mandatory Project Video & Social Media Engagement

All teams must create a video under 1 minute about their project
The video can be presented in any format: team member speaking, animation, design walkthrough, or creative hustle clips
The video must be:

Posted on the team’s Instagram or similar social media
Tag @susswise and use #IDAM2025
Use the collaboration feature with @susswise wherever possible
This is a mandatory requirement for the submission to be accepted
